We are a building company with over 20 years of experience.  We do everything from new construction to remodels.  When you work with us we guide you through the building process to make it as easy and stress free as possible.

Construction Bids

So you're thinking about starting a construction project.  Whether it is a small remodel or completely new construction one thing is for sure...you need to get multiple bids!  The home building process is competitive and there are many things to think about before you choose a contractor.

Multiple bids, it is so helpful to be able to see a few different bids.  To compare and see if they are similar or if someone is way off.  Generally it is good to pick someone who is bidding in the middle.  More often than not, trying to save money and picking the lowest bid will cost you more money down the road.

Ask questions.  You want to make sure you are comfortable with your contractor.  There are going to be many questions you have during the construction process, why not start asking at the beginning.  How many years experience does he have?  Has he built in this area before?  When you are asking these simple questions it is good to be able to get a feel for your comfort level.  Is this someone you feel is trustworthy?  Do you think this contactor is right for you?

Your project really starts in the details.  With the bids.  Before you jump in, get enough bids to make you comfortable and choose the contractor that will be the best for you!
